CHICKEN KURMA

This delicious recipe is made up of well fried chicken and mixed with thick gravy that you will surely crave for. To achieve a sour flavor, you can add vinegar or lime juice in it to have the taste that you are looking for.

Cooking Time :

45 minutes

Preparation Method :

Slice the onion and keep aside.
Grind the masala to a fine paste. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onions until light brown.
Then add the masala and fry again until the oil separates.
Add the Chicken and fry again - add salt and enough water and cook till the meat becomes tender and the gravy thick.
Add lime juice if a sour taste is desired.
Serve.

INGREDIENTS

1 Kilogram Chicken pieces
5 teaspoon Coriander
6 Red Chilies
200 grams Grated Coconut
2 teaspoon Garam masala
1 teaspoon Jeera
1 teaspoon Haldi
6 flakes Garlic
2 big Onion
200 ml IDHAYAM sesame Oil
Salt to taste
