VIENNESE CHICKEN SCHNITZELS

Be amazed not only with the name Viennese Chicken Schnitzels- but because of the dish itself. It’s such a toothsome dish that you must not take for granted. This may stimulate your appetite to eat it for more! Enjoy your day having to eat this food to satisfy you!

Preparation Time :
15 minutes

Cooking Time :
30 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Remove the skin from the chicken breasts. Place between two sheets of cling film (plastic wrap) and pound until thin.
  • Sprinkle each chicken breast with salt and pepper and dredge lightly with the flour. Coat with egg and Breadcrumbs, patting lightly to make the crumbs cling. Chill for 20 minutes.
  • Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the chicken for about 6 to 8 minutes until brown on both sides.
  • Arrange on warmed serving plates and garnish each schnitzel with lemon wedges, a rolled anchovy fillet and a sprinkling of parsley.
  • Serve with boiled potatoes with parsley sauce and a crisp green salad. 

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 half chicken boneless breasts 
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 4 tablespoons plain flour 
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 50 grams fresh white breadcrumbs
  • 100 ml IDHAYAM sesame oil

Garnish

  • 4 lemon wedges 
  • 4 anchovy fillets 
  • Chopped parsley
