Preparation Method :
- Marinate the chicken in the teriyaki marinade for about half an hour.
- Spray a non-stick frying-pan with low-fat spray and then tip in the chicken and marinade. Fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the carrots and pepper, stir-fry for 3-5 minutes.
- Add the sauce and spring onions and warm through

- 1 kg boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
- 2 large carrots, cut into small matchsticks
- 1 jar of teriyaki stir-fry sauce
- 1 red pepper, de-seeded and cut into small matchsticks
- 50 grams teriyaki marinade
- Low-fat cooking spray
- 1 bunch of spring onions, chopped
