SPICED CHICKEN DRUMSTICKS

Preparation Method :
- Beat the egg with the water. Crush the oats with a rolling pm and mix with the orange rind and curry- powder.
- Coat each drumstick with flour, then egg. Finally pat the oats firmly on to the drumsticks, coating them evenly.
- Arrange the drumsticks in a roasting tin pour the oil over them and bake in a preheated moderate oven for 20 minutes.
- Increase the oven temperature to hot and cook the drumsticks for a further 15 minutes or until crisp and golden.
- Serve with jacket potatoes or brown rice and green salad.

- 8 tablespoons rolled oats
- Grated rind of 2 orange
- 2 teaspoon curry powder
- 2 tablespoon plain flour
- 100 ml IDHAYAM sesame oil
