PAN FRIED CHICKEN & MUSHROOMS

Preparation Method :
- Marinate the chicken with salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Keep aside for 1 hour.
- Heat 3 tablespoons oil in a nonstick pan. Cook the chicken pieces on moderate heat, turning sides to brown evenly.
- Reduce flame. Cover, cook for about 15 minutes, till the chicken turns tender by adding ½ cup water.
- Add garlic, button onions and mushrooms. Stir fry on high flame till mushrooms get done.
- Serve as it is if you wish to keep it dry.
INGREDIENTS
- 750 grams chicken - cut into 12 pieces
- 50 ml Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper
- 50 ml IDHAYAM sesame oil
- 10 flakes garlic - crushed
- 10 button onions (baby onions)
- 200 grams mushroom - cut into halves
- 1 capsicum - cut into ½" squares
- A few almonds - blanched (soaked in hot water and peeled), for garnishing
