Preparation Method :
- Marinate the chicken with curd, carom seeds, ginger-garlic paste, red chilies and salt at least for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a Pan and add only the chicken pieces leaving the marinade.
- Cook on high flame till the chicken turns brown and all the juices get absorbed, take care not to overlap the pieces of chicken while browning.
- Lower the heat. Add the marinade which is left behind with measured water. Cover and cook for about 15 minutes, stir in the cream and coriander.
- Stir fry till the chicken is dry and coated with coriander.
- Serve hot.

- 2 teaspoon carom seeds
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon red chilli flakes (coarsely crushed red chillies)
- 75 ml fresh (thick) cream
- Salt to taste
- 3 tablespoon IDHAYAM Sesame oil
- 50 grams chopped fresh green coriander
