FRIED PINEAPPLE PULLET

- Heat oil in a pan, fry pineapple.
- Season with salt and add stock.
- Cook for 5 minutes.
- Add chicken, corn flour, (diluted with water), brandy, soya sauce and sugar.
- Cook for 5 minutes and serve.
INGREDIENTS
- 250 grams diced chicken meat (cooked)
- 100 ml oil
- 2 tablespoon corn flour
- 2 teaspoon sugar
- 6 tablespoon soya sauce
- 500 grams pineapple bits (fresh or canned)
- 250 grams stock
- 3 tablespoon water
- 100 ml brandy
- Salt to taste
