- Fry the vegetables in a pan with little oil.
- Add salt, sugar, soya sauce and stock.
- Add corn flour & chicken and cook for a while.
- Serve with sprinkled almonds.
INGREDIENTS
- 250 grams sliced chicken (cooked)
- 8 tablespoon chopped onions
- 150 ml oil
- 250 grams mushrooms - sliced
- 150 grams sliced cucumber
- 100 grams cashew nuts sliced
- Soya sauce
- 150 ml stock or water
- 100 grams cashew nuts
- 5 tablespoon sliced celery stalks
- 2 teaspoon sugar
- 2 teaspoon corn flour
- A few roasted almonds
- Salt to taste
