- Wash the chicken with some lemon juice and salt by making a nice rub all over the chicken drumstick.
- Grind green chillies and curry leaves.
- Mix all the ingredients to the ground paste and marinate the chicken drumsticks for 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry till the chicken is tender.
- Garnish with little coriander leaves and serve.
