Preparation Method :
- Rub chicken pieces with salt and black pepper to taste and dust lightly with flour.
- Dip in eggs, then in combined breadcrumbs, cheese and ginger. Set aside in refrigerator to chill.
- Preheat oven to 180°C/ 350°F.
- Heat oil and butter in a heavy frying pan and brown chicken pieces on all sides.
- Transfer chicken to roasting dish, and bake for about 25 minutes or until cooked.
- Serve with lemon wedges or overlap lemon slices on edge of serving dish.

- 3 tablespoon IDHAYAM sesame oil
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 1 kg chicken pieces
- Plain flour, to coat
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 50 grams breadcrumbs, made from stale bread
- 3 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ teaspoon ground ginger
- Freshly ground black pepper and Salt to taste
- Lemon wedges or slices, for garnish
