Preparation Method :
- To prepare the white sauce, heat butter in a heavy bottomed sauce pan, add flour. Stir continuously on medium heat, until the flour turns light brown.
- Remove from heat and gradually add the milk, stirring continuously so as not to form lumps.
- Reheat the saucepan and cook till the white sauce turns thick and starts leaving the sides of the pan. Add salt and pepper. Remove from heat.
- Add the chopped eggs, shredded chicken, coriander, onion and bread crumbs with cheese to the white sauce. Mix well and cool the mixture for a while.
- Shape the mixture into6 - 8 rolls and dip each roll in beaten egg and coat well with bread crumbs. Deep fry on medium heat till golden brown.
- Serve hot with ketchup.

- 3 tablespoon All purpose flour
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup milk
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 hard boiled egg - chopped
- ½ cup boiled and shredded chicken
- 2 tablespoon chopped green coriander
- 1 small onion - chopped
- 3 tablespoon dry bread crumbs
- 1 cube cheese - grated
- 1 egg beaten with 1 tablespoon water
- ¾ cup dry bread crumbs
- 200 ml Sesame Oil for deep frying
