WALNUT BRANDY CHIK

- Slice mushrooms and combine with soya sauce, brandy, corn flour and salt.
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté the chicken for 2 minutes.
- Add mushrooms, celery, garlic & spring onions.
- Simmer till the meat is tender. Add walnuts and simmer again.
- Serve hot.
INGREDIENTS
- 500 grams fresh mushrooms
- 250 grams chicken meat
- 2 tablespoon Soya sauce
- 2 teaspoon IDHAYAM Sesame oil
- 2 wine glass of brandy
- 3 garlic flakes
- 8 tablespoon diced celery
- 250 grams walnuts shelled and skinned
- 100 ml water
- 2 tablespoon corn flour
- Spring onions chopped
- Salt to taste
