SPICED CHICKEN
Those who deeply love spicy chicken will completely love this dish! The spicy chicken is extremely appetizing because of its great taste. With spicy powder and other seasonings, the dish appears more yummy and tempting and it totally fits to your daily servings.

Preparation Method :
- Toss the chicken in the flour, curry powder and cayenne pepper, shaking off any excess.
- Heat the oil in a large saucepan and lightly fry the chicken and onion for 5-6 minutes, until the chicken is brown and the onion lightly coloured.
- Stir in the remaining flour. Gradually blend in the milk, stirring continuously, until the sauce thickens, boils and is smooth.
- Add the chutney and sultanas and simmer gently for 30-35 minutes, until the chicken is tender.
- Remove the pan from the heat and drizzle with the cream. Sprinkle with the paprika.
- Serve at once with boiled rice.
INGREDIENTS
- 350 grams boneless chicken, skinned and diced
- 40 grams plain wholemeal flour
- 5 ml curry powder
- 2.5 ml cayenne pepper
- 50 ml IDHAYAM sesame oil
- 1 medium onion, skinned and chopped
- 450 ml fresh milk
- 60 ml apple chutney
- 100 grams sultanas
- 150 ml fresh soured cream
- 2.5 ml paprika
