- Cut the chicken into pieces and season. Melt the butter in your pressure cooker and brown the pieces for 15 minutes.
- Add the chopped onion and simmer for 3 minutes Sprinkle with flour and curry powder. Add ¾ litre cold water. Season with salt and pepper and add the bouquet garni and two crushed garlic cloves.
- Close and cook for 11 minutes from the pressure cooker hissing.
- After cooking, remove the pieces of chicken and keep them warm. Strain the sauce through a fine seive.
- Put sauce back into the pressure cooker with the pieces of chicken.
- Add the potatoes and bananas, diced. Check the seasoning. Close and cook for another 4 minutes from the pressure cooker hissing.
