SAUTEED CHICKEN CURRY

Preparation Method :

  • Cut the chicken into pieces and season. Melt the butter in your pressure cooker and brown the pieces for 15 minutes.
  • Add the chopped onion and simmer for 3 minutes Sprinkle with flour and curry powder. Add ¾ litre cold water. Season with salt and pepper and add the bouquet garni and two crushed garlic cloves.
  • Close and cook for 11 minutes from the pressure cooker hissing.
  • After cooking, remove the pieces of chicken and keep them warm. Strain the sauce through a fine seive.
  • Put sauce back into the pressure cooker with the pieces of chicken.
  • Add the potatoes and bananas, diced. Check the seasoning. Close and cook for another 4 minutes from the pressure cooker hissing.

  • 1.2 kilograms 1 chicken 
  • 50 grams butter 
  • 1 large onion 
  • 25 grams flour 
  • 2 potatoes 
  • 2 bananas 
  • 1 bouquet garni 
  • 2 cloves garlic 
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder 
  • Salt
  • Pepper
