ORIENTAL CHICKEN

This oriental chicken is loaded with perfect ingredients and seasonings. Every piece of the chicken is tendered with juicy fillings and other flavorings. Because of this, everyone desires to prepare this chicken recipe in all types of occasion even to ordinary meal servings.

30 minutes

Cooking Time :
40 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Marinate the chicken in salt and curry powder for an hour.
  • Melt the butter in a pan and fry the chicken all over till it is brown, turning the bird frequently.
  • Decant the pineapple juice from the can and pour into the pan.
  • Add all the other ingredients and boil it till the chicken is well cooked.
  • Finally add the pineapple pieces.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1½ kilograms tender chicken 
  • 2 small tin canned pine apple
  • 4 onions
  • 2 tablespoon mixed herbs
  • 6 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoon curry powder
  • 4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt to taste
