MUSHROOM BRANDY CHICKEN
With the word brandy- Mushroom Brandy Chicken is poured with brandy. This is why it’s so tender and juicy plus astonishingly yummy! It still has its fresh mushrooms, soya sauce, corn flour, chopped onions and water! Make sure to add all these ingredients!

Preparation Method :
- Bone the chicken and cut into small bits.
- Mix the meat with all the ingredients except spring onions.
- Blend very well and keep aside for a while.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken until it is half cooked.
- Add water and cook till tender.
- Serve with spring onions.

- 1½ kilograms chicken
- 3 tablespoon brandy
- 2 "piece ginger chopped
- 600 grams fresh mushrooms
- 250 ml water
- 3 tablespoon soya sauce
- 2 tablespoon corn flour
- 4 tablespoon oil
- 5 spring onions -chopped
- Salt to taste
