MELTING SNOWBALLS
Don’t take Melting Snowballs literally with the word “melting”. It can be more satisfying once you’ve seen it all prepared. Start the day right by cooking this dish with corn flour, sugar, ham, stock, sherry and chicken meat! You would for sure yearn for more it!

- To make snowballs -
- Mince the meat very fine. Add salt, sugar and one egg white.
- Mix well and blend in the rest of the egg white.
- Heat oil and drop 1 teaspoon. each of the above mixture in it and deep fry the balls.
- Keep aside.
- Blend corn flour, stock and sherry together with the salt and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Add the snow balls. Keep hot till serving time.
- Sprinkle ham over it.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 tablespoon corn flour
- 4 tablespoon ham
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 250 ml stock
- 6 egg whites - stiffly beaten
- 500 grams chicken meat (boneless)
- 2 tablespoon sherry
- Oil for deep frying
- Salt to taste
