Preparation Method :
- The Peanut Sauce: Put the soy sauce, peanut butter, lemon juice and water into a small saucepan.
- Adjust seasoning with pepper and salt to taste. Mix well and heat gently, adjust the consistency with a little more water if needed.
- Heat a griddle pan. Add the chicken pieces and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side or until the juices run clear when the thickest part is pierced.
- When the chicken is cooked, serve with the peanut sauce drizzled over the top.

- 6 boneless chicken breasts or 10 boneless thighs

- 100 ml lemon juice
- 50 grams peanut butter, chunky or smooth
- 100 ml water
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- Pepper and salt, to taste
