GOOSEBERRY CHICKEN GRAVY
200 grams of Goose Berries is the only thing you need to make this wonderful Gooseberry Gravy. All you need are some pieces of bread to have this for your snacks. For sure, your friends will wonder how you discovered this kind of gravy.

Preparation Method :
- Joint the chicken, apply salt and keep aside.
- Heat butter and fry the pieces till brown in colour. Now add water, celery, onions, carrots, parsley, pepper and gooseberries and cook till the meat is tender.
- Strain the stock into another pan.
- Sprinkle sugar in the stock and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add flour to make it thick.
- Add the chicken pieces and mix well.
- Serve hot with sliced bread.

- 1½ kilograms Tender chicken
- 200 grams chopped celery
- 3 Carrots sliced
- 200 grams goose berries
- 2 tablespoon flour
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 250 ml hot water
- 2 Onion chopped
- 2 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
