DUMPLO PARSLEY

Preparation Method :
- Poach the chicken in sufficient water with the parsley, cloves, carrots, onions, pepper and salt.
- Mix the ingredients for dumpling with water, to pliable dough. Form into balls and keep aside.
- Decant the stock into a separate pan and bring to boil.
- Drop dumplings into the liquid and cook for 10 minutes. When done take out with a perforated spoon.
- Serve the chicken with the dumplings and the broth in a separate sauce boat.
INGREDIENTS
- 1½ kilograms tender chicken cut into joints
- 4 carrots - cut in big pieces
- 4 onions - cut in big pieces
- 3 tablespoon parsley
- A few cloves
- Pepper and salt to taste
For the dumpling
- 250 grams flour
- 4 tablespoon butter
- A pinch of baking powder
- Salt to taste
