CITRUS CHICKEN
You will surely surprise your family through preparing Citrus Chicken every morning. This recipe is made of highly nutritious ingredients that help your children to live healthy lifestyle. This Citrus Chicken can be prepared for about one hour and can serve for about ten persons.

- Dust the chicken lightly with the flour. Heat the butter in a large frying pan and brown the chicken pieces on all sides.
- Cover and continue to cook for about 20 to 25 minutes until nearly cooked. Remove to a warm plate.
- Grate the rind of the orange and lemon. Stir the white wine or stock, grated rinds and 1 tablespoon lemon juice into the pan and season with salt and pepper.
- Turn up the heat and stir in the cream slowly. Return the chicken and cook in the cream sauce for a few minutes.
- Arrange the chicken on a serving dish, spoon the sauce over and sprinkle with the cheese. Put a slice of lemon on each piece of chicken, dot with butter and brown under a preheated grill (broiler).

- 400 ml white wine or chicken stock
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- 250 ml single cream
- 4 tablespoons grated Gruyere cheese
- Lemon slices
- Little extra butter
