CHINESE CHICKEN

Chinese chicken does it wonders once when served! So enjoy by sharing it to your family! There’s no way they can forget this palatable dish. Hurry and market for its extravagant ingredients, with glass sherry, spring chicken and soybean sauce included.

Preparation Time :
15 minutes

Cooking Time :
30 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Cut the bird into, large pieces, mix with the rest of the ingredients and keep for an hour.
  • Dredge the pieces in flour and deep fry till golden brown.
  • Serve with rice in which a little soya sauce has been added.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1½ kilograms spring chicken 
  • 4 tablespoon soybean sauce 
  • 2 wine glass sherry 
  • Chopped onion 
  • A little sugar
  • 2 tablespoon corn flour
  • IDHAYAM MANTRA Peanut Oil for Frying
