Preparation Method :
- Heat oil, add in bay leaf and cloves. Fry for 2 minutes.
- Add fennel powder, dry ginger powder, crushed cardamoms and salt. Stir-fry for 3 minutes.
- Add in the chicken, stir-fry for about 5 minutes.
- Reduce heat, stir in the beaten curd. Stirring continuously till it boils
- Cover and simmer on low heat till chicken is well cooked .
- Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle garam masala, Serve hot.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 chicken - cut into equal pieces
- 2 cups curd - well beaten till smooth
- 4 teaspoons fennel powder
- 2 teaspoon dry ginger powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 cardamom - coarsely powdered
- 6 tablespoonsIDHAYAM sesame oil
- 3 bay leaf
- 4 cloves
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
