CHICKEN WINGS WITH OYSTER SAUCE

Chicken wings with oyster sauce – great chicken combination for all! This dish is mixed with perfect ingredients that enrich its flavors. With its oyster sauce and other added seasonings, the dish appears more delicious and appetizing that can never resist by anyone.

Preparation Time :
15 minutes

Cooking Time :
20 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Put the chicken wings in a pan with just enough cold water to cover. Bring to the boil, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Drain and discard the water.
  • Put the chicken wings back into the pan and add the oyster sauce, soy sauce, stock, salt and sugar. Bring slowly to the boil, cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Sprinkle over the ginger, pepper and salt and serve.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 kilogram chicken wings
  • 6 tablespoons oyster sauce 
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce 
  • 600 ml chicken stock 
  • Pinch of salt 
  • 2 teaspoon brown sugar 
  • 30 grams root ginger, finely chopped
  • Freshly ground black pepper 
  • 2 teaspoon coarse salt
