CHICKEN LENTIL CURRY
Enough with the day-to-day menu, as Chicken Lentil Curry can be served with you. Of course, you have to work hard for it. Complete all ingredients such as chili powder, chicken meat, masoor dal, garam masala, haldi powder and mustard seeds. You’ll be glad once you taste this newly-prepared dish!

- Boil the chicken with 1 liter of water and salt.
- When the meat is half done add dal.
- Powder the masala and add to the curry and cook till it is smoothly cooked.
- Remove from heat and pour in the lime juice.
- Heat oil in a frying pan.
- Temper mustard, garlic, onions and the leaves and pour over the curry.
- Serve with boiled rice.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 kilogram chicken meat cut into small pieces
- 2 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 teaspoon haldi powder
- 2 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon pepper powder
- A few curry leaves
- 150 ml oil
- Salt to taste
- 250 grams masoor dal
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 3 onions sliced
- 5 flakes of garlic
- Small bunch coriander leaves
- Juice of 2 lime
- A few mustard seeds
