CHICKEN IN MUSTARD SAUCE

Preparation Method :
- Heat 2 tablespoons butter in a non stick pan. When hot ,add in the chicken pieces.
- Stir fry the chicken on moderate heat till the pieces are slightly brown, then add salt and continue cooking till the pieces are tender.
- Drain the chicken piece on kitchen paper.
- In a separate pan heat the remaining 2 tablespoons butter. Add chopped onion and garlic, cook till onion change colour slightly.
- Add maida with milk, mustard paste, cream, pepper and salt. Cook on low flame till sauce thickens.
- Add the drained chicken to the sauce, cook for about 5 minutes.
- Garnished with chopped parsley or coriander.
- Serve hot with Chapatis or pulao.
INGREDIENTS
- 750 grams chicken - cut into 12 pieces
- 2 onions - chopped finely
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cups cream
- 3 tablespoon mustard paste
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons flour (maida)
- 4 tablespoons butter fresh parsley for garnishing
