Preparation Method :
- Soak the wheat for 12-15 hours, drain and dry on cloth.
- Pound it till the grains are flat.
- Remove skin and boil it with the rest of the ingredients except onions.
- Add sufficient water and salt and cook well, to a thick consistency.
- Remove from fire and transfer into a serving dish.
- Garnish with browned onions.
INGREDIENTS
- ½ kilogram whole wheat
- ½ kilogram chicken meat without bones
- 2 teaspoon chilly powder
- 4 large onions - sliced
- 2 teaspoon garam masala
- 1"piece ginger sliced
- 8 flakes of garlic sliced
- 2 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon jeera powder
- IDHAYAM Sesame Oil for frying
- 250 ml milk
- Salt to taste
