Preparation Method :
- Heat the oil in a large frying pan, add the onion and garlic and fry gently for 15 minutes until softened and golden.
- Add the turmeric, chilli powder, ground coriander and cumin and cook for 1 minute, stirring.
- Add the tomatoes and season with salt. Bring to the boil, then reduce the heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Add the chicken, garam masala and yogurt to the pan. Cover and cook gently for 10 minutes, then stir in the rest of the yogurt. Serve garnished with chopped fresh coriander.

- 2 large onion, finely chopped
- 2 clove garlic, crushed
- 2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon chilli powder
- 2 teaspoons ground coriander
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 5 tomatoes, quartered
- Salt to taste
- 750 grams cooked chicken, skinned and cut into chunks
- 2 teaspoon garam masala
- 300 ml thick natural yogurt
- Chopped fresh coriander, to garnish
