Preparation Method :
- Skin the chicken and place in a casserole with the mushrooms, whole if small or sliced if large.
- Add the chopped onion, stock and salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook in a preheated hot oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until the chicken is tender.
- Serve immediately while piping hot.

- 250 grams chicken pieces
- 250 grams mushrooms, wiped and trimmed
- 50 grams chopped onion
- 500 ml chicken stock
- Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
