Preparation Method :
- Butter bread slices on one side.
- Place a slice of cheese on the unbuttered side, keeping the buttered side outside. Spread a little mustard paste.
- Cover the cheese slice with a ham slice and place another bread slice over the ham slice with the buttered side outside.
- Repeat this with other slices to get 4 sandwiches.
- Heat oven on 200°C. Place the grill rack in the center of the oven and grill the sandwich for 10 minutes or till crisp and golden.
- Cut diagonally and serve hot with ketchup.

- 4 slices cheese
- 4 slices ham
- 2 teaspoon mustard paste
- 2 tablespoon butter
