Preparation Method :
- Toss the celery, pear and apple dice with the chives and lemon juice.
- Divide the mixture between 4 individual flameproof or ovenproof dishes. You should use flameproof dishes if heating under the grill.
- Crumble the cheese over the fruit and celery. Place under a preheated grill for 5 to 6 minutes.
- Garnish with the parsley and a sprinkling of paprika.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 celery stalk, diced
- 2 large ripe dessert pear, peeled, cored and diced
- 2 large dessert apple, peeled, cored and diced
- 2 teaspoon snipped chives
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 500 grams Lancashire or crumbly Cheddar cheese

- 2 tablespoon chopped parsley
- Paprika
