WHITE CHEESE IN A CREAMY TOMATO SAUCE

Preparation Method :
- Heat the oil in a non-stick pan. Add the onion and sauté for about 2-3 minutes. Add the spices and stir for about half a minute.
- Add the tomatoes and reduce for 3-5 minutes. Add half a cup of the water and reduce again over a moderate heat.
- Add the garlic, chillies, salt and tomato puree, cook, stirring, for a minute.
- Add the remaining water, bring to the boil and then simmer for about 5-7 minutes.
- Reduce all the excess liquid in the pan. Add the milk and cook for another 3-5 minutes, stirring often.
- Add the paneer and stir to coat in the sauce. Simmer for about 2 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.

- 350 grams low-fat paneer, cut into small cubes
- 150 ml semi-skimmed milk
- 1¼ cups hot water
- 2-3 garlic cloves, grated
- 2 tablespoon IDHAYAM sesame oil
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 tablespoon tomato puree
- ½ teaspoon garam masala
- 2 tomatoes
- 2-3 green chillies, whole
- Red chilli powder and salt, to taste
- Fresh coriander, chopped, to garnish
