SPICY BEANS WITH COTTAGE CHEESE

Preparation Method :
- Mix in onion, green chilli, coriander and capsico sauce with salt.
- Shallow fry the paneer slices lightly in butter on both sides.
- Remove the paneer slices and add the cabbage leaves. Saute for a few seconds.
- Sprinkle chaat masala on both the sides of the paneer.
- Spread butter on slices of toast.
- Arrange a slice of paneer over a piece of cabbage leaf on each toast.
- Spread some bean mixture over the paneer slice.
- Cut each toast diagonally into two triangles. Serve.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 small onion - finely chopped
- 1 green chili - deseeded and finely chopped
- A few sprigs of coriander leaves - chopped
- 6 slices of bread - toasted crisp and buttered
- 250 grams baked beans, mashed
- 6 thin slices of paneer
- 3 cabbage leaves - torn roughly into two pieces
- ½ teaspoon chaat masala
- A few drops capsico sauce
- Salt to taste
