Preparation Method :
- Beat the sugar and margarine till light and fluffy.
- Beat the eggs and blend it in along with the orange rind.
- Sieve together the flour and the baking powder.
- Fold in the flour alternately with the orange juice and milk mixing well till smooth batter.
- Fold into greased muffin pans. Bake at 200°C for 20 minutes or until done.
