Preparation Method :
- Melt the butter/margarine. Cool and keep aside.
- Sieve the flour with the spice powder.
- Beat the eggs with an electric hand mixer adding sugar a little at a time till well dissolved.
- Add the melted butter to the egg mixture. Then add the chopped strawberries.
- Finally fold in the flour and mix well.
- Bake at 180°C for 1 hour or till a tooth stick inserted in the centre of the cake comes out clean.
