Preparation Method :
- Toast the crusty bread. Spread each piece with a little honey and sprinkle some thyme.
- Lay a slice of gorgonzola on each and squash it down slightly.
- Place under the grill for a couple of minutes until the cheese just starts to melt.
- Lay the fig slices on top, sprinkle on a little salt, some black pepper and more thyme, grill once again for a couple of minutes and then drizzle on a little more honey.
- Serve immediately.

- 10 thin slices crusty bread
- 5 tablespoon Honey
- 2 teaspoon Thyme leaves
- 10 slices Gorgonzola
- 10 Figs ripe, sliced into 4 parts
