BANANA NUT CAKE

Preparation Method :
- Sift maida, soda, baking powder and salt.
- Cut the bananas into small pieces and Mash to a pulp and Keep it aside.
- In a bowl, beat sugar and butter till light and creamy.
- Fold in eggs and maida alternately. Then fold in the mashed bananas and walnuts.
- Grease and dust a shallow 6"- 8" cake tin. Pour the mixture in the prepared tin.
- Heat oven to 180°C. Bake the cake for 35 minutes or until the cake is baked.

- 150 grams plain flour
- 120 grams powdered sugar
- 75 grams chopped walnuts
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 100 grams butter
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- A pinch of salt
