Preparation Method :
- Preheat oven to 200°C / 400°F / gas mark 6.
- Grease four mini pudding basins or ramekins with a little oil and line the bases with a round of baking parchment.
- Put chocolate and cream in a large bowl and place the bowl over a pan of simmering water. Leave until chocolate has melted, then stir until smooth.
- In another bowl, beat eggs, sugar, vanilla and flour together until evenly mixed.
- Gradually beat in the melted chocolate. Spoon the mixture into prepared basins or ramekins and set them on a baking tray.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until set but soft in the centre. Turn puddings out onto serving plates, dust with cocoa powder and serve at once.

- ½ teaspoon vanilla essence
- Canola oil, for greasing
