Preparation Method :
- Line the base and ¾ inch up the sides of a 7 inch square shallow baking tin with the rice paper.
- Put the chocolate and butter into a heatproof bowl set over a pan of barely simmering water and leave until melted.
- Stir the biscuits and nuts into the melted chocolate, turn the mixture into the prepared tin.
- Spread the mixture evenly and chill for several hours or until firm.
- Remove the cake from the tin and cut it into small pieces.

- 150 grams mixed whole nuts
- 150 grams unsalted butter
- 30 digestive biscuits, chopped into small pieces
