CHOCOLATE CUSTARD CAKE

Preparation Method :
- Heat a non- stick pan. Pour milk and add Custard Powder in it and stir till thick.
- Add sugar to the custard and stir.
- Then add grated chocolate and cream and whisk the custard.
- Crumble the cake then spread half of the crumbled cake into a bowl then add half of the custard on to it.
- Then pour few chocolate chips on to it.
- Then again add half of the crumbles cake again, then add custard and sprinkle chocolate chips.
- Keep it in fridge and serve chilled.
INGREDIENTS
- 1/8 inch Chocolate sponge cake
- 4 tablespoons Vanilla custard powder
- 300 ml Milk
- 4 tablespoons Sugar
- 2 tablespoons Grated chocolate
- 100 grams Fresh cream
- 100 grams Chocolate chips
