- Powder the biscuits. Mix it with the melted butter till slightly moist and press to the bottom of the pie tin. Refrigerate.
- Sprinkle the gelatine over the orange juice. In a heavy bottomed saucepan, add sugar and bring to a simmer over medium heat. Stir constantly. Remove from heat.
- Add a few drops of orange colour. Cool.
- Beat the fresh cream with cheese spread till well blended. Add the orange mix to it and mix well. Pour over the biscuit base. Chill till set.
