MANGO CHEESE CAKE

Preparation Method :

  • Crush the biscuits and add the melted butter to it. Make a slightly moist paste and press it to the bottom of a pie dish with a loose base. Chill it for about 15 minutes.
  • To the mango puree, blend in the softened cream cheese and lemon. Then add in the sugar and mix well. Fold in the cream. Mix the gelatine in a little hot water, cool and add to it. Mix well.
  • Pour into the pie dish and refrigerate for 3 hours or until set. Remove from pie tin and garnish with mango pieces.

INGREDIENTS

  • 150 ml mango puree
  • 150 ml fresh cream
  • 75 grams plain cheese spread
  • Sugar to taste
  • 1 tablespoon gelatine
  • 100 grams softened cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Biscuit base

  • 75 ml melted butter
  • 10 digestive biscuits
