Preparation Method :
- In 2-quart clear glass container combine tea bags and water.
- Use back of spoon to slightly crush fresh rosemary and fresh mint sprigs. Add to water and tea bags in glass container. Let stand at room temperature for 4 hours.
- Strain out tea bags and fresh herb sprigs; discard. Cover and chili tea. Serve over ice cubes with lemon slices, if desired. Garnish with fresh rosemary, if desired.

- 6 cups cold water
- 3 (3- to 4-inch-long) sprigs fresh rosemary
- 1 (3- to 4-inch-long) sprig fresh mint
