GREEN TEA WITH CINNAMON AND CARDAMOM

15 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Heat 3 cups of water in a saucepan over a high heat, comes to a boil add all the spices including the saffron, tea sugar. Continue to boil for a minute.
  • Remove from the heat, cover and leave for about 2-3 minutes. Strain and pour it into the tea cups and sprinkle with flaked almonds.

INGREDIENTS

  • Few saffron threads crushed
  • 2 teaspoons loose leaf green tea
  • Granulated sugar to taste
  • Toasted, flaked almonds, to finish
  • 3-4 cardamom pods, crushed
  • 1 inch cinnamon stick
