RHUBARB AND GINGER PUDDING SMOOTHIE
Preparation Method :
- Blend all the ingredients except the ginger biscuits for a minute.
- Pour into a glass and top with the crumbled biscuits. Serve immediately.
INGREDIENTS
- 150 grams stewed rhubarb
- 250 grams ginger ice cream
- 50 grams double cream
- 2 ginger biscuits, crumbled
