RED RASPBERRY SMOOTHIE

Preparation Time :
10 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Place raspberries and milk in blender. Cover; process 10 to 15 seconds. To remove seeds, strain mixture through sieve into small bowl; return strained mixture to blender.
  • Add frozen yogurt and vanilla to blender. Cover; process 10 to 15 seconds or until mixture is smooth. Pour into glass. Garnish with raspberries, if desired.

INGREDIENTS

  • 150 grams frozen red raspberries, partially thawed
  • 100 ml milk
  • 100 ml vanilla frozen yogurt
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla
  • Whole red raspberries (optional)
