RASPBERRY SMOOTHIES

Preparation Method :

  • Place all ingredients in food processor or blender; process until smooth.

INGREDIENTS

  • 300 grams fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 200 ml plain sugar-free fat-free yogurt
  • 500 grams crushed ice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 packets sugar substitute or equivalent of 4 teaspoons sugar
