RASPBERRY SMOOTHIE

Preparation Method :

  • Blend all the ingredients for a minute or until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

INGREDIENTS

  • 100 ml / 4 fl oz / ½ cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • 220 grams / 9 oz / 1½ cups raspberries
  • 50 ml / 2 fl oz / ¼ cup milk
  • 5 ml / 1 teaspoon honey
