MIDSUMMER SMOOTHIE

Preparation Time :
10 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Place the fruits in a blender and blend for about a minute.
  • Add the milk and blend again.
  • Pour into glasses and serve with a scoop of vanilla and strawberry ice cream on top.

INGREDIENTS

  • 75 grams blueberries, rinsed
  • 1 ripe passion fruit, scoop out the pulp
  • 150 ml low-fat milk
  • 150 grams strawberries, rinsed
  • 150 grams raspberries, rinsed
  • Vanilla and strawberry ice cream, to decorate
