PAPAYA AND BANANA SMOOTHIE

Preparation Time :
10 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Toss the chopped papaya flesh with the lime juice. Peel and slice the banana.
  • Add the papaya flesh with banana, orange juice and ginger in a food processor and process until thoroughly combined.
  • Pour into glasses and serve.

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 ml freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 papaya, seeds discarded, flesh chopped coarsely
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 large banana
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
